I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), with a humanistic approach to individualize therapy for each client's needs. I have extensive experience working with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, emotional dysregulation, grief, mood disorders and relationship issues.
I am passionate about empowering my clients from all walks of life; particularly women, adolescents, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community, to navigate their unique experiences and find their path to wellness.
